PUBLIC HEALTH: ETHICAL ISSUES

My contribution to the report was limited to subjects within my competence and avoids any subject requiring public health expertise. My stance is understandably non-paternalistic.

My DPhil thesis included an appendix on fluoridation of water supplies but was withdrawn from the final submission as it was not particularly relevant to the case studies. That appendix is included in the Nuffield Council consultation submission and is available below.
